One Vanderbilt rises 1,401 feet over Midtown Manhattan. At its crown, SUMMIT brings together art, architecture and the city’s remarkable skyline in an experience designed to shift your perspective.
A New York landmark
Designed to Reach Higher
The building’s construction included a 4,200-cubic-yard continuous concrete pour over 18 hours. A 10-ton tuned mass damper in the crown helps reduce sway and vibration.
Ascent, SUMMIT’s external all-glass elevator, lifts guests even higher above the city.
